| Are those women real? |
| Yes, they are. All women on this site are actively trying to find a foreign man for marriage. Before adding any profile we personally communicate with every woman. We update our database on a regular basis and we have only women who are actively looking for a husband. |

Sending: You may send email messages from Honeymoonweb.net, either while you are browsing ladies' photos, or from your mailbox.
Receiving: You receive all incoming messages in your Honeymoonweb mailbox.

On Honeymoonweb you can purchase multiple Email Credits so that you do not have to use your credit card each time you want to send or receive e-mail.
Your E-mail Crtedits Account is debited by one Credit for each e-mail you send and each e-mail you open (you do not have to open all the e-mail you receive).
You can view a history of your credit activity at any time.

| How does incoming e-mail work? |
When an incoming email arrives in your Honeymoonweb mailbox, a notice is automatically sent to your e-mail address.
Then, you go to your mailbox on Honeymoonweb where you can see a list of all incoming e-mails. Each e-mail will be accompanied by the lady's photo and BioData. You can then choose whether or not to open each message. You are not charged for messages you do not open.

| Are my e-mails translated for the lady? |
| All the emails you send are translated into Russian, all incoming emails are translated into English. There is no charge to you or the ladies for this complimentary service. |

| What about the privacy of messages I send and receive? |
| The agency personnel who translate your messages will not know your identity at all, and in many cases will not know the lady's identity either. Furthermore, she will be an industry professional, accustomed to assisting in communications of the most intimate nature. |

| Do I have to open all of my incoming e-mails on Honeymoonweb? |
| No, you may delete the message from the lady you are not willing to contact with. But if you do open the message you are going to be charged. |

Yes, it is the same lady. In Russian, like in any other language, there are many variations for personal names. The same person can have 2 or more names which are appropriate at certain context. For example, Elena is the ladys official or formal name. However, the ladys family or friends may call her Lena, Alena, or even Lenochka. Those are her nicknames which reflect a particular context and relation.

| The system keeps kicking me off when I write my letters. I lose everything and have to start over, what should I do? |
| For technical reasons, our system operates in 15 minute "sessions". You have a maximum of 15 minutes to complete any letter. To avoid losing your letters, please write your letters to ladies using a word-processing program, such as "Word" for Windows, etc. Then simply log back on to Honeymoonweb and paste the text in place. That way you will not go over the time limit and lose your text when your session ends. |
